Just to advise the general list.

We have been discussing options flat out on the recycling day. We have
council support, we have a possible warehouse, we have a good case to
receive grant money.

It looks like a charitable trust is the medium we need now to proceed
with the project.

Easier access to grant money.
More official and public respect.
More corporate interest that an Ad-Hoc club may attract.
Transparent accountability.
Tax free.

Increased complexity level.
All i's must be dotted and t's crossed.
