We are a small user group numbering 10 at an average monthly meeting.
This is a specialist question that may be better addressed in a larger
forum. 

You could try PLUG, your local Philippines user group.

If they cannot answer your question try one of the larger Australian
groups. If you think a New Zealand group is more apropriate then post
