Try putting sharp kinks in 80 core parallel cables and you will get disk
rw errors.

And i'd also add hot-pluggable to Frasers list, more important to some
and probably a sub-item of 'more robust'. Of course it must be unmounted
first but this makes them ideal for RAID use.
