[hblug] Software Freedom Day: Final Plan

Hi Everyone,

First things first, just checking to make sure im correct about who is
available:

SATURDAY MORNING : TARADALE (3 people, need at least one more)
Daniel
Michael
Perry
(We need someone else... anyone?)

SATURDAY AFTERNOON : HASTINGS (5 people def, 1 possible)
Daniel
Perry
Rosemary
Robert
Rene
James (?)

Plan for Taradale:
Meet at My Place at 11am
Go into taradale for an hour or so
Lunch somewhere (or bring your own, i plan to go to McDonalds)
Travel over to Hastings

Plan for Hastings:
Meet at clock tower at 1pm
Wander around for a few hours (either until we get tired or we run out of
stuff)
Come back to napier (for those people from napier)


Michael and Perry: Do you both want to take cars to taradale/hastings? it
would mean perry wouldnt have to come back to taradale then go home

Hastings people: can i leave it to you to organise transport?

Also we may want to exchange cell phone numbers on the day, so we can keep
in contact with everyone (especially in hastings)

Have i left anything out or is there anything people think should be
changed?
