[hblug] Box Problem Wednesday

On Wednesday, I'm going to bring a box of
unknown makeup, inside. It's from someone
(wife's colleague) whose husband died suddenly,
taking the password with him.

The lady (Filipino) has only moderate English
language skills. From her description, it sounds
like it just might be a dual boot set-up.

If it has a Linux and/or Windows sector which she's
locked out of, do we have the skill set in the group
to jiggle a jumper or two and allow the root passwords
for both OSs to be reset?
