Thanks for the pointer.  It does appear a bit expensive to use as my
main provider.

Infinity Systems here in town pointed me at Ronald Brice who is
apparently running a small wireless ISP in the area.  He quoted $200
equipment, $200 installation, and $60+GST/month for residential
service (no cap, provided you don't do bulk downloads during the
business day that would disrupt his commercial customers).
