[hblug] IP Addresses: Static or Dynamic

I just so happen to be getting FS/128 on orcon, and I'm loving it! (i'm 
on 256/128 plan) I'm also wondering wtf's happened.
My plan is to switch over to Woosh sometime soon... 256/128 with a 40GB 
cap @ $59.99 is tad bit expensive this day and age, and I've just fallen 
for FS.
Plus, we'd be geting FS/128 with unlimited cap @ $49.95 xD
