Hi Kip - most of those will not run under Linux.
However take a look at www.codeweavers.com and their crossover-office
application.
I've been using it to run Photoshop ( and other windoze stuff ) on
Xandros and now on Kubuntu.
There are also several native linux apps that have the same purpose as
those apps you list.
The Gimp is nearly an equivalent for Photoshop (www.gimp.org)
Accounting programs:

SQL Ledger <http://www.sql-ledger.org/>
Kalculate <http://www.kalculate.com/>
Calamar <http://calamar.sourceforge.net/>

For web design try:
Bluefish - http://sourceforge.net/projects/bluefish/
Screem - http://sourceforge.net/projects/screem/
NVU - http://freshmeat.net/projects/nvu/
For CAD try qCad - http://sourceforge.net/projects/qcad
For desktop publishing try scribus - http://scribus.sourceforge.net/
good luck :)
chris.
