[hblug] Spare Bandwidth

I expect to have a surplus one, one-and-a-half,
or maybe two GB of unused data allocation,
with the change-over day being the 7 Sept.

I have a CD & DVD writer, so I could do
something for someone, SO LONG AS it's
not too complicated!
