If you want a bit more "bling" try Kubuntu 6.xx
Im using it on a dual-head system and it works fine.

Also, if like me, you cant be bothered messing around at the 
command-line trying to install DVD/MP3/Win codecs and numerous other 
"must have" apps - get Automatix http://www.getautomatix.com/ -- it 
reduces installing apps to a process of "tick and click" :)

(my apologies to those in the LUG who think you're not a real Linux user 
unless you live at the command prompt.. :)
