Hi Daryl,
A quick search reveals this:

While this page doesn't say directly that it supports the c3200, (the
closest seems to be the c3200n), the referral page I followed
(http://www.linuxprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=Okidata-C3200)
suggests this as a compatible driver.
