[AuckLUG] Bittorrent Bandwidth Shaping/QOS

Thanks Justin.

I did stumble across that slashdot entry while googling for a solution, the
thing is it talks more about the why rather than the how. What I'm looking
for is how to actually set this kind of thing up on my laptop.
