[AuckLUG] TV card for Ubuntu

If you're after an analogue tuner, then something along the lines of
the PVR-150 (or just about everything in that series) is great or so
I've heard (I don't have one). The big distinguishing point being that
they've got hardware mpeg encoders and so don't skip frames and tie up
your computer while they're recording.

If you're looking for a digital tuner - I'm not sure... never really
looked into them.
