[AuckLUG] Ahh Grub troubles !

I just installed Gentoo 2007 on my other computer
used Grub, but i screwed up the config, and now it wont boot, I can edit it
from the boot command line,
but im still stuck

I have SDA partitioned into 3
sda1   200gb windows
sda2   40gb
sda3 (swap) 1gb

Im really confused with this, :S
can anyone tell me how to work it from the command line?
