[AuckLUG] Intermediate to Advanced Training in Linux (Debian)

Can anyone advise me where I can get human resources to help me with some
server admin. At the same time as getting some work done, (Like rebuilding a
server and setting up a development environment) I need to learn how it is
done in case I have to do it again. 

 

Any suggestions or recommendations would be useful. I've been Googling and
reading manuals and have achieved a lot but I'm sure I could go a lot faster
by having someone clever, project managing my learning process.
