I have noticed compiz works great OOTB on my compaq with an intel chipset;
where as with nvidia (on my desktop) I need to download drivers. Also what
interests me is that intel does not / has limited support for pixel shaders
(someone correct me if I am wrong on this one, only ati and nvidia are
mentioned when ever gpgpu topics pop up) but ... it still works really well
without stressing the cpu! ... the anti aliasing could be a bit better
though ;|
