[AuckLUG] Dell Preinstalls Ubuntu

Critical tools like Adobe products aside, one of the major reasons I
don't use a Linux desktop is the lack of proper support for things like
Flash. Flash on linux is complete arse.

With that in mind, it sounds like better flash support on Linux is
getting to be more "definitely" than "maybe" and Microsoft have commited
to eventually delivering Silverlight on both Linux and Mac. Because of
the jump by Silverlight to support the CLR on foreign platforms, we'll
likely see C# support (outside of mono) as well which makes me very
happy. Developers will definitely take advantage of that portability if
it does come about.

It's a short hop from there for someone to develop XNA compatible
libraries for linux, which is pretty much my ultimate ulterior motive.
XNA is Microsoft's new carebear game libraries that sit above DirectX.

Things are indeed finally getting there!
