I should mention that while this paragraph is just a bit difficult to
read (possibly to point buyers toward the commercial license), the
license page itself, as Martin pointed out, contains "This General
Public License does NOT permit incorporating this software into
proprietary or commercial programs." And that clearly shows they do
have some problems understanding the terms of the GPL after all.
