Currently I've got 4gb of RAM running 2-3 VMware (v5) and
1-2VirtualBox (v 1.4.0)
but most memory in use by firefox (I've set limit for it for 700mb)
than openoffice, and other
(Tasks: 388 total, 1 running, 381 sleeping)
(load average: 0.55, 0.74, 0.70)
cpu AMD 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+
On 256 ram it will be difficult to get any virtualization or it will
be very slow ( if not for 32-64mb ram for virtual comp)
VirtualBox now using lazy memory allocation like vmware so RAM usage is similar.
