I agree with John. 

I have been with Orcon for a number of years now. Other than when Telescum were screwing them around with additional provisioning to cope with the number of customers Orcon was getting during the old UBS days I have not noticed any real problems with service. A couple of times I have had authentication errors whhen my ADSL connection dropped but to be honest I suspect that is Telescum being asshats. 

I have found the Orcon support desk (the few times I have needed to call) to be pretty professional. And I am in a good position to judge that as I used to work on an ISP helpdesk (waves to Andreas Giradet over there in the corner)

I am lookign forward to the servcies we get once Orcon roll out their ADSL2+ and VDSL services and I also look forward to telling Telescum to take a flying leap once naked DSL becomes available
