[AuckLUG] SME Linux Email Server

Hi all, been playing around with Linux now for some 6 months- on and off 
and was wondering if someone can help me with configuring the email 
server on a Linux SME.
Would prefer a verbal discussion where possible.
Looks like a very basic GUI- but I cant make sense of it...
Looking to get this setup on our site properly and support it.
