The Xtra help desk told me Xtra only supports Windows and its internet 
conponents. I think they have been caught wrong footed ny the number of 
customers running other mail programs and are scrambling to gain footage. 
Yahoo of course has always been a Microsoft stalwart as opposed to Google 
who have embraced Linux.

I would not relie on Xtra for anything but patches - not solutions.

Wikipedia is a good source of 'coal face' information to be taken of course 
with a large grain of salt.

There is the interesting point that under the Consumer's Gaurantee Act those 
customers not happy with Xtra can change their ISP or claim damages. 
Telecom, using its power would fight such action right up to the Privy 
Coucil if that were possible.

The Chinese are right, we do live in interesting times, I only wish the 
interesting times were over there and not here.
