The short version IMHO is that its all very well for the banks to make
threats like that, but its a big grey line - who determines what is secure
and what isn't? And whats a 'reasonable attempt' at securing your system?
Its going to cost them quite a bit to have any cases forensically proven
one way or the other, I think, and 'innocent until proven guilty' comes
into play as well.
If it scares a few more people into safing up their home systems, then
cool.. but honestly.. good luck to them trying to enforce it.
