I'll keep saying it.

I spent a long time using Xtra as my ISP (I was employed by them) but 
eventually I just got sick of it.  I've switched and never looked back.

Unfortunately, however, I still manage some Xtra-based services for work 
and other reasons - and am presently fighting with Yahoo's stupidly-broken 
registration system (just so that I can try to use Webmail again.)

If you havn't switched provider yet, now seems like a good time...
