The -m parameter of sax2 is required.  Without it sax2 won't understand 
the 0=nvidia bit as the -m 0=nvidia tells X window to use the nvidia 
driver for card 0.

I didn't use the gnome-xgl-switch to get mine going. It just worked after 
I enabled 3D settings and selected all available options for the card.
