Probably.  If the company involved provide a web based solution then you
may, in some cases, have better luck using Opera or Firefox on Linux
than using any of the more obscure browsers.

If they demand that you run an executable or something silly like than
then you are probably short of luck -- my experience with boutique
applications for money transfer is that they almost never work correctly
with Wine, so Linux is out of the picture.
