[AuckLUG] mount fat32 ?

Hi All,
       Can anyone give me a few pointers on mounting a vfat (fat32) HDD 
as hdb ?.
Fedora C4/5 does not support vfat/ntfs in it's /proc/filesystems and I'v 
googled my finger to the stub on the subject.
I seem to remember reading something along the lines of "vfat does not 
come with FC because of copywrite concerns but....
And then proceeded to tell you how to solve the problem.

If course I cant find the !@#$%^ site again no matter what.
