When I signed up around 2 years ago the process started with a query to their website where I specificially asked about Linux support. Important to me as I don't have any Windows machines & wouldn't put one outside the firewall even if I did. They phoned me back & told me to use Roaring Penguin (by name) as it was known to work but were adamant that they do not "officially" support Linux. I'm not 100% sure, but think the woman that phoned might even have given me a couple of tips on configuration. Since then I've had two firmware upgrades on the modem. The first time a woosh technician came to my work and applied the upgrade. The second time I didn't want the 8 hour downtime (unplug modem, take to work, work, upgrade, work, take home) so I borrowed a Windows laptop & did the upgrade myself. Bruce -- OK, so I'm not the man you thought I was ... Is it my fault you're such a lousy judge of character?
