[AuckLUG] Burn My Hdd ,Please

Well the easiest way,

take one blank hard drive, allocate 3 partitions
1 for Windows 98 (Fat32 usually best if its the first parition)
1 for Linux (ext3)
1 for Linux Swap

Ok so now install Windows 98 first onto the fat32 partition then install 
whatever distro you prefer (this way Windows is already installed and 
cannot muck-up your bootloader) I recommend using lilo and installing to 
the MBR (always works for me) with a lot of Distros the installer finds 
the windows partition during install and you automagically get a Windows 
entry to boot from.

If you don't then do a bit of Googling and find how to modify lilo (or 
whichever bootloader your distro is using) to boot into Windows. Really 
its not hard if you end up modifying bootloader entries Id recommend 
making a bootable floppy first.
