[AuckLUG] Linux conference

I was in Australia last week presenting at the Sydney Moodle Conference
(Moodle is an Open Source Course Management System - http://moodle.org)
and came across two things that I found quite interesting...

Apart from the fact that AuckLUG members might be interested in going
themselves, I also wondered if we have such a high-profile event in New
Zealand? (pardon my ignorance if we do!)

Also someone pointed me at www.openskills.org - which seems to be a
'resume' site with a strong focus on Open Source skills?  :-)
