Please beware if you are about to update Firefox.A bug in the latest Mozilla update is causing Firefox to be unable to connect to secure websites. What happens is you can get google and all normal sites but the minuet you try to log into ,say your internet bank account Firefox will bring up a screen saying "Unexpected response from server Firefox doesn't know how to communicate with the server. * Check to make sure your system has the Personal Security Manager installed. * This might be due to a non-standard configuration on the server. I don't know if this is the case with all distros but it is well documented with FC5 and the latest Firefox update.See http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=451378 Amusingly ,some die-hard "My browser right or wrong" types are denying that the problem even exists or ,if it does its all down to Fedora. Not so.Quick fix is to uninstall and reinstall an earlier version of Firefox and all is well. Quicker fix is to make sure you do not update Mozilla/Firefox till they fix this one Regards Ron
