'Real' men write their own backup scripts. As far as I can tell, commercial backup software seems to be designed for windows admins that have a co-dependent, love/hate relationship, with their software. If it weren't 'crapstruck', then it would not feel like home. I suggest you check out the rsync, tar, and bash packages...
