[1] Here, here. Lying vermin-droppings. Perhaps they've been hanging out with M$ for too long. >I personally would never use or recommend Software Images when they give >this sort of 'service'. If they had come straight out with a 'sorry, we >can't do that because of a non-compete clause' then I would think that they >had just made a bad business decision, but not being up front about it just >sucks. Ditto. However, comparing an ad agency handling a Coke and Pepsi relationship simultaneously is a complete crock of sh$t. It's not even on the same planet. On one hand you have 'limited' trade secrets, strategic statements, tactics, launch dates, creative concepts, dollars, et al - which is sensitive stuff and one would quite rightly question the sense in placing one's business with an agency handling your competitor's account as well. Whereas with the other, you're burning CDs for crissakes. You don't need to view the contents (oh, perhaps that is it; maybe they violate the privacy off all their clients' work?) of said CDs, you just copy, stack, despatch ... right? So what's the big deal? It appears to me that M$ have engaged another company who'll bend over and swallow and then spread their FUD. Even if M$ had nothing to do with this, it's still a crock. Excuse me whilst I go vomit.
