I made a 2 page submission a few months ago about how wonderful it 
would be for my local area to have Telstraclear broadband. (improved 
business productivity, competition for telco services etc etc)

They will only do it with overhead cabling (too expensive to go 
underground) and will put it underground when the power company does 
so in a year or two.

Just be my luck that it makes it to the top of my street and no 
further though - from there services are underground already.
